Meal Plan Mondays 10.17.11

Its time for another addition of Meal Plan Mondays. Enjoy!

Monday

  • Scrambled eggs with feta, and grapefruit
  • Chili
  • Pan-seared salmon with sauteed zucchini and green beans

Tuesday

  • Yogurt, Berries and Cheese Slices (I discovered last week I needed to up my protein intake on days without eggs)
  • Chili
  • Sandwiches on the road – homemade sourdough bread, hormone-free roast beef, muenster cheese, with sliced carrots, celery & green peppers (we have to make a trip out of town this evening and won’t have time to cook dinner at home)

Wednesday

  • Scrambled eggs with feta and sausage
  • Tuna Salad with cheese and raw veggies
  • Leftovers

Thursday

  • Yogurt, Grapefruit & Cheese slices
  • Sandwiches & veggies
  • Meatloaf with Acorn Squash & Buttered Peas

Friday

  • Scrambled Eggs with Feta and Sausage
  • Sandwiches & veggies
  • Leftover Meatloaf & Squash

Saturday

  • Fried Eggs & Sausage Patties
  • Sandwiches & Veggies
  • Brats, Sauteed Zucchini and Green Beans

Sunday

  • Scrambled Eggs and Yogurt
  • Leftovers
  • Roast with Squash and Broccoli
